Risk and Hazard Analysis

Our process for risk and hazard analysis is systematic and reoccurring. The analysis and mitigation of risks is never complete. Every enhancement request, every defect and every change must be analyzed for risk and possible mitigation.

Part of our strategy is identifying the functional elements that make up a system or software application. From this analysis we are able to systematically identify and mitigate risks. Using this methodolgy it is easier to assess risk.

Our process also requires risk analysis to be performed when considering any changes to the product which is why our configuration manamement is so effective.

We have industry experience with hardware, software, systems, operational environments and human factors that allows us to facilitate the question "what could go wrong". We don't stop there, we then help mitigate each risk.
